Hats off to Mani Ratnam for his brilliant work for the movie Guru. He tried to present Dheeru Bhai as Guru Bhai. In the climax scenes Guru blames it on the implication of years-old law in trade and industrial sectors. He also justifies his deeds exceeding the rules as 'breaking rules for strengthening nation's economy' is no a big crime. Is Mani trying to say that there was / is need for revival of taxation and other rules and timely amendments to encourage the enterprenuers?
